After I had a horrible experience with Sears refrigerator repair, I called Mr Fridge. They had availability around my schedule, and communicated well. Andre came and fixed my fridge today - he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew right what the problem was and offered me an option to save money/try to fix the problem component rather than fully replacing it. we thank this company for their efficient and fast service, but they have a serious issue of communication. Didn’t let us know that one of their men would be running late, and the guy ends up not showing up at all. Had to call them and the receptionist and she wasn’t helpful either.. This review goes out to Andrey, lovely guy, came in fixed our issue in about less than an hour on a fridge where other companies told us we had to throw the fridge away!
