1
How much does a commercial refrigeration service call cost?

Commercial refrigeration service calls are $150. Residential appliance calls are $99.99. Either way the fee applies to the repair once you approve the estimate. A technician inspects refrigerant charge, compressor draw, electrical connections, airflow and controls, then gives you a written estimate before any work begins. Jobs above $500 require electronic estimate approval.

2
Do you offer same-day service?

Yes, depending on the schedule and where you are. Calling earlier in the day materially improves the odds, and equipment that has stopped entirely takes priority over routine work. Where same-day is not possible we usually reach you the next day.

3
Do you offer warranty?

Yes, a 1-Year Labor Warranty on our work. If the same fault returns inside that window, we come back at no charge.

4
What areas does Mr. Fridge serve?

We serve 32 cities across the Puget Sound from three dispatch locations. Seattle covers the urban core and Eastside, Shoreline covers the north corridor into Snohomish County, and Puyallup covers Pierce County and the south end. The full city list is on our locations page.

5
How can I schedule a service appointment?

Scheduling a service appointment is easy! You can give us a call between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days a week, or you can use our simple and convenient online booking system. Just click here to fill out the appointment request form to the best of your ability, and you will receive a text message confirming all the details, including the arrival window.

6
Do you offer scheduled maintenance for commercial equipment?

Yes. Maintenance agreements cover coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, door seal inspection, defrost verification, electrical connections and temperature logging. Catching a weakening compressor or a failing seal early costs a fraction of an emergency call plus lost inventory. See commercial refrigeration maintenance.

7
What should I check if my walk-in is not holding temperature?

Confirm the door is sealing and the gasket is intact, check that nothing is blocking the evaporator airflow inside the box, and look at whether the condenser coils are clogged. If those are clear and the box is still drifting warm, call us before product is at risk.

How long have you been in business?

Over 15 years serving commercial refrigeration across the Puget Sound. In that time we have grown from a single service area to three dispatch locations covering 32 cities, and the focus has stayed on commercial equipment rather than spreading into unrelated trades.

8
Are your technicians certified?

Yes. Every technician goes through our own in-house training program alongside formal schooling, and we keep the team current as the technology changes rather than treating training as a one-time thing. Several of our senior master technicians have decades of experience behind them, working alongside seasoned techs who have been doing this for years. Commercial refrigeration is the only trade we work in.

9
What commercial refrigeration equipment do you service?

Walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in coolers and freezers, prep tables, undercounters and worktops, display cases and merchandisers, commercial ice machines, and bar and beverage equipment. See commercial refrigeration repair.

10
How quickly can you respond when equipment goes down?

Same-day service is usually achievable when you call early in the day, and a unit that has stopped entirely moves ahead of scheduled work. Where same-day is not possible we generally reach you the next day. See emergency dispatch.

11
Which commercial refrigeration brands do you work with?

We service 35 commercial manufacturers, including True, Turbo Air, Traulsen, Beverage-Air, Continental, Delfield, Victory, Atosa, Kolpak, Norlake, Master-Bilt, Amerikooler, Hussmann, Manitowoc, Hoshizaki and Scotsman. The full list is on our brands we service page.

12
What areas do you service?

We cover the Puget Sound from three locations. Seattle handles the city core and the Eastside, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Renton. Shoreline covers the north corridor through Lynnwood, Edmonds, Bothell and up to Everett. Puyallup covers the south end, including Tacoma, Kent, Auburn, Federal Way and Lakewood. See locations for the full list.

13
What are common signs that my reach-in freezer needs repair?

Some common signs that you need to have your reach-in freezer repaired are unusual noises, frost buildup, water leaks, or temperature fluctuations.

14
Do you handle installation as well as repair?

Yes. New walk-in cooler and freezer installation, replacement and relocation, covering panel assembly, condensing unit placement, controls and startup testing. See walk-in cooler installation.
